摘要
通过对0.8 mm厚的TNW700钛合金薄板进行对接氩弧焊(TIG),研究了焊缝接头的焊缝和热影响区组织及接头力学性能及硬度分布。结果表明,采用TIG焊的TNW700薄板可获得性能良好的焊接接头,焊缝组织主要由针状马氏体α'相组成,热影响区主要由α相及少量β相组成,组织存在不均匀性;焊缝的强度高于母材约15%、断后伸长率约为母材的54%;焊缝的硬度分布规律为:热影响区>焊缝中心>母材,热影响区存在较明显的硬化倾向。
0. 8 mm thick TNW700 titanium Alloy sheets were welded by the TIG welding. Microstructure,mechanical properties and hardness distribution were studied. The results show that the TIG welded joint of TNW700 sheets possesses excellent performance. The weld zone is mainly composed of acicular martensite α'phases,HAZ is mainly composed of α phases and β phases in small quantities and the microstructure in HAZ is asymmetrical. The strength of the welded joint is higher than that of the parent metal by about 15%,the elongation is about 54% of that of the parent metal. There was the highest microhardness in HAZ,and the microhardness of weld zone is higher than that of base material.There was obvious hardening tendency in HAZ.
