摘要
滑石(talc)经处理后,存在很多活性官能团。本文用表面活性剂DTAB(阳)、HTAB(阳)和SDBS(阴)改性纯化后的样品来制备助滤剂,基于FTIR、XRD结合SEM分析,且通过谢乐公式计算滑石助滤剂的粒径变化,探讨了纯化、及由阳离子/阴离子表面活性剂改性制备的滑石助滤剂,有着不同助滤性能的机理。
The talc surface has a lot of active functional groups after treatment. In this paper,the purified talcum powder was modi-fied by surfactants( DTAB,HTAB and SDBS ) as filter aid. Then the materials were characterized by FTIR , XRD and SEM and the diameter of talc filter aid were calculated with Scherrer Equation. At last the purified and modified Mechanism of talc filter aid were discussed.
