聚羧酸系酯醚复配减水剂母液的制备及对水泥水化过程的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过相互复渗技术将自制的聚酯型(PCS-1)和聚醚型(PCS-2)两类减水剂母液复配,系统地研究了两组分掺量变化对其性能的影响。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG-DTG)和比表面(BET)研究了加入复配母液的硬化水泥石微观结构。结果表明,复配母液减水剂的加入促进了水泥水化,减小了水泥石的比表面积、孔容和孔径。 The compound water reducing agent was synthesized using home-made polyester type( PCS-1) and polyether type( PCS-2) as raw material through mutual infiltration technique. The property of compound of the two kinds of superplasticizer liquid was sys-tematically researched. The microstructure of mixing water reducing agent cement paste were analyzed by x-ray diffraction( XRD ), fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ), thermal gravity analysis (TG - DTG ) and specific surface area ( BET ) . The results show that the composite water reducing agent can accelerate the cement hydration and reduce specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of the cement paste.
