径流式车用钛铝合金增压器涡轮叶片高温持久寿命研究 被引量:5

High Temperature Life Prediction of TiAl Turbine Blade for Vehicle Radial Turbocharger

摘要 针对径流式车用钛铝合金增压器涡轮,分析涡轮叶片的载荷与应力空间分布特征,指出叶片高温持久断裂失效模式是钛铝合金增压器涡轮的潜在失效模式之一。试验研究钛铝合金增压器涡轮的高温持久性能,给出钛铝合金涡轮高温持久寿命同应力与温度之间的数学关系。基于发动机耐久性台架考核试验剖面,建立钛铝合金增压器涡轮对应叶片高温持久断裂失效模式的寿命预测模型,并对某型车用钛铝合金增压器涡轮的叶片高温持久寿命进行预测。研究表明,该型钛铝合金增压器涡轮叶片高温持久寿命高于服役寿命,能够满足使用要求。 The spatial distribution characteristics of load and stress of turbine blade for the TiAl turbine of vehicle turbocharg -er were analyzed and the turbine blade fracture caused by high temperature was determined as one of the potential turbine fail -ure modes .Then the high temperature rupture property of TiAl turbine was studied through test and the mathematical relation -ship between the high temperature life and the stress and temperature parameters was built .Based on the endurance test profile of vehicle engine ,the high temperature life prediction model of TiAl turbine was further developed and the high temperature rupture life of TiAl turbine was predicted with the model .The result shows that the high temperature life of TiAl turbine is longer than the set service life ,which can meet the application demands .
