摘要
利用原位聚合法制备了不同石墨烯含量的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/石墨烯(PET/GE)纳米复合材料,利用X射线衍射研究PET/GE复合体系的微观结构,表明GE的加入没有改变PET的晶型结构,随着GE添加量增加,晶面间距、微晶尺寸呈现逐渐减小趋势。利用修正Avrami方程研究PET/GE纳米复合体系的非等温结晶动力学,发现纳米复合体系的半结晶时间t_(1/2)缩短,GE对PET有明显的异相成核作用。
A series of poly( ethylene terephthalate)/graphenenanocomposites( PET/GE) were synthesized via in-situ polymerization. XRD indicated that the addition of the graphene particles did not impact the crystal structure of PET,with the increase of the content of graphene,the crystallite size and the interplanar distance became narrow. The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of nanocomposites were also discussed in this paper by using revised Avrami method. It showed that the half-time of crystallization t_(1/2) of nanocomposites was reduced and GE played a role as nucleating agent of PET.
