摘要
采用合适的纺纱工艺,对抗紫外短纤产品进行了纺纱试验研究。结果表明:抗紫外短纤具有优良的可纺性;抗紫外纱线越粗,纱线的强度和毛羽值越高,断裂伸长和摩擦系数无明显变化;纱线纤维表面的粗糙程度会提高纱线的断裂强度及摩擦系数,在此类产品纺纱时应选用抗静电和耐磨专件。
Suitable spinning process was used by anti-UV staple fiber products to spinning in this experiment.The results show that anti-UV staple fiber have excellent spinnability; The thicker the anti-ultraviolet yarn,the higher the strength and hairiness of the yarn,but the degree of elongation at break and the friction coefficient of the yarn have no obvious changes; The roughness of the yarn fiber surface may improve the strength of the yarn and the friction coefficient of the yarn,anti-static and wearable special components would be a good choice in such products spinning.
