乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物在加工过程中的热稳定性研究

摘要 为提升乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(ECTFE)在加工过程中的热稳定性,通过添加抗氧剂和硬脂酸盐热稳定剂进行热稳定性实验,测试黄色指数和拉伸性能进行表征。实验结果表明:ECTFE添加抗氧剂或硬脂酸盐热稳定剂后,热稳定性明显提升;抗氧剂的效果好于硬脂酸盐热稳定剂;复合后的抗氧剂效果好于单一抗氧剂;抗氧剂或硬脂酸盐热稳定剂的加入对ECTFE的拉伸性能影响不大。 In order to improve the thermal stability of ECTFE in machining process,the thermal stability experiment was carried out by adding antioxidants and stearate heat stabilizer,and the yellow index and tensile properties were tested. The experimental results showed that the thermal stability of ECTFE was improved obviously after adding antioxidants or stearate heat stabilizer. The effect of antioxidant was better than that of stearate heat stabilizer. The effect of composite antioxidant was better than single antioxidant.The addition of antioxidants or stearate heat stabilizers had little effect on the tensile properties of ECTFE.
