摘要
姜黄素是一种天然多酚类化合物,具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利胆、抗氧化等多种药理活性。然而,姜黄素水溶性差(8.7 mg/L)的缺点限制了其临床应用。姜黄素可以与多种共晶形成物形成共晶,从而改变其理化性质。本文对姜黄素的共晶制备方法及其熔点、溶解度和稳定性等性质进行了综述,为姜黄素在药物中的应用提供借鉴与参考。
Curcumin,a natural polyphenolic compound,with hypolipidemic,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,gallbladder,anti-oxidant and other pharmacological activities. However,curcumin suffers from poor water solubility(8.7 mg/L),which limits its clinical application. Curcumin can form co-crystal with a variety of co-crystal cofomers,thereby altering its physicochemical properties. This review summarized the co-crystal methods of curcumin as well as its melting point,solubility and stability properties,which provided a good reference for the application.
