甲氧虫酰肼的高效液相色谱分析方法的研究

Analytical Method of Methoxyfenozide by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱方法 ,流动相为甲醇+水(体积比55∶45),采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8反相色谱柱和UV检测器,在230 nm波长对甲氧虫酰肼含量进行定量分析,实验结果显示:甲氧虫酰肼的线性相关系数R=0.9999,标准偏差SD=0.28,变异系数CV=0.28%,平均回收率达到99.78%。

Sulfentrazone was separated and determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with methyl alcohol and water(volume ratio 55:45) as mobile phase,and Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8 column and UV detector at 230 nm wavelength were also adopted. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of methoxyfenozide was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.28,the coefficient of variation was 0.28%,and the average recovery rate was 99.78%.
