摘要
通过对机动车驻车性能路试检验原理的分析研究,对牵引式驻车制动性能检验的3种检验方法进行比较分析,得出不同检验方法的优缺点。根据车辆在坡道上驻车制动时原理与受力分析,研制开发一种全液压智能化牵引式驻车制动性能检测装置。本文描述全液压智能化牵引式驻车制动性能检测装置的原理、结构及实施方法,该检测装置具有使用方便、占地面积小、测量准确、数据稳定无波动、安装方便以及故障率较低等特点,是坡道驻车制动检验方式的一种新型替代装置。
Based on the analysis and study of the test principle of an automobile parking brake performance testing device, comparative analysis is carried out for three methods used for the testing of the parking brake performance testing device of traction type and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are obtained. According to the parking braking principle, when an automobile is parked on a ramp and force analysis, a parking brake performance testing device of full hydraulic intelligent traction type is developed. The paper describes the principle, structure and implementation method of parking brake performance testing device of the full hydraulic intelligent traction type. This testing device, with the characteristics of simple operation, small land occupation, accurate measurement, stable data without fluctuation, easy installation and low failure rate, is a new alternative ramp parking brake testing device.
