摘要 通过对比实验和统计2010~2015年期间现场起动风速标准装置的现场测试数据,分析和验证该标准装置复现起动风速量值的漂移特性。为确保现场起动风速校准结果的可靠性,提出采用传递比较法对该标准装置进行年度核查的方法以保证其性能处于受控状态。对比试验结果表明:通过该方法可使现场起动风速标准装置的量值具有溯源性,实际运用中大大降低风速测量仪器起动风速的现场误判率,与实验室起动风速检定结果的判定基本一致。 Based on comparison test and statistics of field test data of staring wind velocity standard device from 2010 to 2015, the drift characteristics of the staring wind velocity quantity value reproduced by the standard device wereare analyzed and verified. In order to ensure the reliability of the staring wind velocity calibration results in the field, transmission comparison method wais adopted for annual verification of the standard device to ensure that its performance wais under control. The results of the comparison test show that the method can make the quantity value of the field staring wind velocity standard device traceable, which greatly reduces the field misjudgment rate of the wind speed measuring instrument about staring wind velocity in the practical application and the staring wind velocity conclusion of the judgment in the field is basically consistent with verification results.
