关于全髋关节置换治疗髋关节骨折融合的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Total Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Hip Fracture Fusion

目的探讨全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节骨折融合临床应用效果。方法 90例髋关节骨折融合患者均接受全髋关节置换手术治疗,记录其手术治疗前、术后1年髋关节功能、髋关节总活动度变化情况。结果 90例髋关节骨折融合患者均顺利完成全髋关节置换术治疗(手术完成率100.00%),经随访可知影像学(X线片)检查骨愈合平均时间(12.66±0.31)周,其术后1年髋关节总活动度、Harris量表评分均较之前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论应用全髋关节置换手术治疗髋关节骨折融合可显著改善患者髋关节功能,有利于保障其生活质量及身心健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of hip fracture fusion. Methods Ninety patients with hip fracture fusion were treated with total hip replacement. The changes of hip function and hip joint activity were recorded before and 1 years after operation. Results 90 cases of hip fracture fusion were successfully treated with total hip replacement （the completion rate was 100%）. After follow-up, the average time of bone healing （12. 66 ＋ 0. 31 weeks） was tested by imaging （X-ray） examination. The total hip mobility and Harris scale scores were significantly im-proved （P〈C〇 . 05） after 1 years of operation. Conclusion The application of total hip replacement in the treatment of hip frac-ture fusion could significantly improve the hip function of patients, and was conducive to ensuring their quality of life and physical as well as mental health.
