ICU重症颅脑损伤患者行早期肠内营养支持对营养状况和并发症的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨ICU重症颅脑损伤患者行早期肠内营养对营养状况和并发症的影响。方法选择我院2016年1月~2017年1月期间接受治疗的100例ICU重症颅脑损伤患者,按照随机数字表法将患者随机为对照组和观察组,各50例,前者给予肠外营养,后者给予早期肠内营养,观察并分析两组患者的营养状况和并发症情况。结果经营养支持治疗后,观察组患者的ALB和TP水平显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(分别t=6.1743、9.6385,P<0.01)。同时,观察组患者的并发症的总发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.5761,P<0.01)。结论对ICU重型颅脑患者进行早期肠内营养支持,能够有效改善患者的营养状况,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition on nutritional status and complication in ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 100 ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected from Jan-uary 20 to January 2017 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group accord-ing to the random number table method〉 50 cases in each group. The control group received parenteral nutrition, the observa-tion group received early enteral nutrition, the nutritional status and complications in the two groups were observed and ana-lyzed. Results After nutritional support treatment, the levels of ALB and TP in the observation group were significantly high-er than those in the control group (t= 6. 1743〉9. 6385, P〈C0. 01). At the same time, the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0 . 01). Conclusion Early nutritional sup-port for ICU patients with severe craniocerebral can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the inci-dence of complications, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
