缬沙坦合用吲哒帕胺治疗轻中度高血压患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of Valsartan Combined with Indapamide in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Hypertension

目的观察缬沙坦合用吲哒帕胺的降压疗效和稳定性。方法选择2014年5月~2016年6月在我所门诊轻中度高血压病患者78例,根据随机分为治疗组与对照组各39例,观察组患者采用缬沙坦合用吲达帕胺治疗,对照组单纯采用缬沙坦治疗,用药8周观察疗效。结果治疗8周后缬沙坦组与联合用药组有效率分别为76.9%和94.9%(P<0.05),两组不良反应均少。结论缬沙坦合用吲哒帕胺治疗轻中度高血压安全、有效、耐受性好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and stability of valsartan combined with indapamide on hypertension. Methods A total of 78 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were randomized into the observation group and control group from May 2014 to June 2016∽ 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with valsartan. The observation group received valsartan combined with indapamide. The clinical effect was investigated after 8 weeks treatment. Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group （94. 9% vs 76. 9% , P〈0 . 05）. There were few ad-verse reactions in both group. Conclusion Valsartan combined with indapamide is safe, effective, and well tolerated for pa-tients with mild to moderate hypertension.
