异甘草酸镁联合阿维A治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Magnesium Oxalate Combined with Vitamin A in the Treatment of Generalized Pustular Psoriasis

目的观察异甘草酸镁联合阿维A治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的疗效。方法从2014年2月~2016年5月期间来我院接受治疗的泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者中选取出76例作为此次调查对象,按照不同的治疗方法随机分组,对照组患者仅使用阿维A治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合异甘草酸镁进行治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗效果81.6%远优于对照组治疗效果52.6%,两组在整体治疗有效率上的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁联合阿维A治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效确切,治疗方案切实可行。

Objective To observation of magnesium oxalate combined with vitamin A in the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with generalized pustular psoriasis in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in the control group received vitamin A treatment only, and the patients in the experimental group received magnesium oxalate combined with vitamin A treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was 81. 6% f much better than that of the control group of 52. 6%. The difference between the two groups in the overall treatment efficiency was statistically significant （P〈0 . 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of magnesium oxalate com-bined with vitamin A in the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis was accurate and feasible.
