气管插管复合全身麻醉在感染学休克患者中应用分析

Application of Tracheal Intubation Combined with General Anesthesia in Patients with Septic Shock

目的对气管插管复合全身麻醉在感染学休克患者中的应用进行分析探讨。方法选取本院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的82例感染学休克患者,使用随机数表法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,给予观察组患者气管插管复合全身麻醉,给予对照组患者全身麻醉,比较应用效果。结果两组患者不良反应发生率之间的比较差异不具有统计学意义(14.63%vs 17.07%,P>0.05),观察组患者DBP、SBP等指标显著优于对照组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气管插管复合全身麻醉在感染学休克患者中的应用效果突出,可提高患者治疗安全性。

To investigate rhe application of tracheal intubation combined with general anesthesia in patientswith septic shock. Methods A total of 82 patients with septic shock from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into the observation group and control group using random number table. The observation group received tracheal intubation combined with general anesthesia. The control group was treated with general anesthesia. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups （14. 6 3 % vs 17. 0 7 % 9 P ^〉0 , 05）. The DBP and SBP in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tracheal intubation combined with general anesthesia has a great efficacy in treatment of patients with septic shock,which improves the safety of patients.
