人工流产后继发不孕症的原因及临床诊治体会

Causes and Clinical Diagnosis of Secondary Infertility After Artificial Abortion

目的分析人工流产后继发不孕症的原因及临床诊治措施。方法选取我院在2013年5月~2015年5月期间收治的119例人工流产后继发不孕症患者,并进行回顾性分析。结果 119例人工流产后继发不孕症患者中,其中单侧输卵管堵塞为25例,占据21.0%;双侧输卵管堵塞为14例,11.8%;单侧输卵管不全堵塞有18例,占据15.1%;双侧输卵管不全堵塞有14例,占据11.8%;子宫内膜移位症有18例,占据15.1%;宫腔粘连有20例,占据16.8%,内分泌紊乱10例,占据8.4%。结论为了有效降低人工流产后继发不孕症的发生率,首先应确保人工流产的质量,其次应多普及性知识、宣传性教育,避免意外怀孕的发生,最后应正确判断人工流产后继发不孕症的发生原因,并给予对应解决措施,从而减少人工流产后继发不孕症发生。

Objective To analyze the causes and clinical treatment of secondary infertility after artificial abortion. Methods 119 cases of secondary infertility after artificial abortion were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, and were retrospectively analyzed. Results A m ong them, 25 cases of unilateral fallopian tube obstruction accounting for 21% , 14 cases of the bilateral tubal obstruction accounting for 11. 8%, 18 cases of unilateral tubal incomplete obstruction account-ing for 15. 1% , 14 cases of bilateral tubal incomplete obstruction accounting for 11. 8% ; 18 cases of endometriosis in 18 cases accounting for 15. 1% , 20 cases of intrauterine adhesions accounting for 16. 8% 〉 and 10 cases of endocrine disorders account-ing for 8. 4%. Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence and rate of secondary infertility after artificial abortion, first of all it should ensure that the quality of artificial abortion,. Secondly, it should propaganda sexual knowledge education to avoid accidental pregnancy. Finally it should correctly judge whether abortion causes secondary infertility, and give the correspond-ing solving measures, so as to reduce the occurrence of secondary infertility after artificial abortion.
