分析腹腔镜下治疗输卵管不通不孕症的效果观察

Analysis and Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Treatment on Infertility Caused by Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输卵管不通不孕症的效果,分析使用腹腔镜治疗输卵管不通不孕症的意义。方法选取2013年1月~2016年1月在我院接受腹腔镜治疗输卵管不通不孕症的女性患者66例为研究对象,将66例患者随机均分为实验组和对比组。实验组采用腹腔镜治疗,对比组采用中医通管助孕汤治疗,半年后对66例患者回访调查,分析妊娠例数。结果实验组经腹腔镜治疗,妊娠16例,概率48.5%(16/33),对比组经中药通管助孕汤治疗,妊娠7例,概率21.2%(7/33)。采用腹腔镜治疗的实验组半年后妊娠率高于采用中药通管助孕汤治疗的对比组。结论腹腔镜治疗作为一种微创伤手术,它能有效恢复不通不孕症患者输卵管功能,让不通不孕症患者恢复妊娠功能,应推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic treatment on infertility caused b y fallopian tube obstruc-tion, and to analyze the significance of laparoscopic treatment of infertility with tubal obstruction. Methods A total of 66 fe-male patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The 66 patients were randomly and equally divided into experi-mental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group received laparoscopic treatment. Patients in the control group were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Decoction Tongguan Zhuyun Tang. Six m o n t h s later, 66 pa-tients were interviewed and the number of pregnancy cases was analyzed. Results T h e experimental group w a s treated b y lapa-roscopy, 16 cases of pregnancy, the probability of pregnancy was 48. 5% （16/33） ; T h e control group w a s treated by the TCM Decoction Tongguan Zhuyun Tang, 7 cases of pregnancy, the probability of pregnancy w a s 21. 2% （7/33）. T h e inci-dence of pregnancy in the experimental group treated by laparoscopy was higher than that in the control group treated with the TCM Decoction Tongguan Zhuyun Tang. Conclusion A s a kind of minimally invasive surgery, Laparoscopic treatment can ef-fectively restore the fallopian tube function as well as the pregnancy function of infertility patients, which should be promoted for the application.
