集中培训联合小组探讨对新入职护士理论知识掌握度的影响

Effects of Centralized Traininigs and Panel Discussion on Mastering Degree of Theoretical Knowledge for Newly Recruited Nurses

摘要 目的观察集中培训联合小组探讨对新入职护士理论知识掌握度的影响。方法选取2014年9月~2016年8月我院新入职护士91名,根据入职时间分组,观察组45名,对照组46名。对照组采用集中培训法,观察组在集中培训基础上进行小组探讨。对比培训前后两组新入职护士理论知识掌握度,对比培训后两组护理质量及培训满意度。结果培训前两组理论考核成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后两组理论考核成绩均高于培训前,观察组理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后观察组基础护理、病室护理、整体护理、健康教育评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后观察组培训满意度91.11%(41/45)高于对照组73.91%(34/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中培训联合小组探讨,能使新入职护士充分掌握理论知识,提升护理质量,提高培训满意度。 Objective To investigate the effects of centralized trainings combined with panel discussion on mastering de-gree of theoretical knowledge for newly recruited nurses. Methods Selected 91 nurses newly recruited in our hospital from Sep. 2014 to Aug. 2016 were assigned into the observation group (n=45) and the control group (n=46) through the recrui-ted time. The control group adopted centralized trainings, and based on this, the observation group added panel discussion. Mastering degree of theoretical knowledge in both groups before and after trainings was compared, and nursing quality and training satisfaction in both groups after trainings were compared. Results Comparison of theoratical test m a r k s before train-ings in both groups had no statistically significant difference (P〉0. 05) ; After trainings? theoratical test m a r k s in both group were higher than those before trainings, and the observation group had higher ones (P〈0. 05) ; Score of basic nursing, w a r d nursing, whole nursing and health education was higher than that in the control group (P〈C〇 . 05) ; Training satisfaction in the observation group [91. 11% , 41/45] was higher than that in the control group [73. 91% , 34/46] (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Centralized traininigs and panel discussion can help nealy recruited nurses fully master the theoretical knowledge, improve nursing quality and traing satisfaction.
