中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis Of combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨功能失调性子宫出血采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法所选病例为本院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者,共68例,时间范围为2015年5月~2016年5月。所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为功能失调性子宫出血。患者及家属均对本研究知情同意,并自愿签署知情同意书。按照随机数字表法,将68例患者分为研究组(中西医结合)与对照组(常规西医)。对比两组治疗效果、控制止血时间、完全止血时间及治疗前后血红蛋白水平变化情况。结果研究组、对照组患者总有效率分别为97.1%(33/34)、82.4%(28/34),差异显著(P<0.05);两组控制出血时间、完全止血时间对比,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血红蛋白水平对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血红蛋白水平差异显著(P<0.05)。结论功能失调性子宫出血采用中西医结合治疗的效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and western medicine on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 68 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding ad-mitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled into the study. All patients were confirmed the diagnosis as dysfunctional uterine bleeding by clinical examinations. Informed consent was obtained from the patients and their families, and the informed consent was signed voluntarily. According to the random number table method,the 68 patients were divided into study group （integrated TCM and western medicine） and control group （conventional western medicine）. The clinical effect of the treatment,the controlled hemostasis time, the complete hemostasis time and the changes of hemoglobin levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97. 1% （33/34） and 82. 4% （28/34） in the study group and the control group, respectively （P〈0 . 05） , the difference was statistically signifi-cant; The controlled hemostasis time and the complete hemostasis time in the two groups were significantly different （P〈 0. 05） ; Before the treatment there was no significant difference in the hemoglobin levels between the two groups before the treatment （P〉0. 05） , while the levels of hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly different after the treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine on dysfunctional uterine bleeding is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization and application.
