Cd、Pb单一胁迫对芳樟矿物质元素及叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以1a生芳樟扦插苗为研究对象,在福建农林大学温室大棚采用盆栽的方法研究不同浓度的Cd、Pb单一胁迫下芳樟对矿物质元素的吸收特性。经方差分析,结果表明:总体上来看Cd胁迫对于芳樟叶、茎、根对矿质元素K、Ca、Mg有促进吸收作用的浓度范围分别为0~20mg·kg^(-1)、0~40mg·kg^(-1)、0~20mg·kg^(-1)。Pb胁迫对于芳樟叶、茎、根对矿质元素K、Ca、Mg的吸收普遍呈抑制的趋势,但在浓度0~400mg·kg^(-1)Pb胁迫下对芳樟叶、茎对矿质元素Ca的吸收的却有促进作用。进一步的对芳樟叶绿素含量进行分析,Cd、Pb单一胁都会降低芳樟叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量,高浓度胁迫下影响最为强烈。 The absorption characteristics of Cinnamomum camphor var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.to mineral elementsunder single stress under different concentrations of Cd and Pb were studied in greenhouse greenhouses inFujian agriculture and forestry University by using potted plant as the research object of 1 a Cuttage seed-ling.Through the analysis of variance,the results showed that:in general,Cd stress is 0~20 mg·kg^(-1),0~40 mg·kg^(-1),0~20 mg·kg^(-1) in the concentration range of Cinnamomum camphor var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.leaf,stem androot on mineral element K,Ca andmg.Pb stress on the absorption of mineral element K,Ca andmg in Cinnamomum camphor var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.leaves,stems and roots was generally inhibited,but the absorptionof leaves and stems to mineral element Ca was promoted under the concentration of 0~400 mg ·kg^(-1) Pbstress.Further analysis of the content of Cinnamomum camphor var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.,Cd,Pb single stressreduced the content of Cinnamomum camphor var.1 inaloolifera Fujita.chlorophyll a,b,the most intense im-pact under high concentration stress.
