摘要
该文以皖南烟区2017年上部叶的物理特性和化学成分为依据,对不同地区、不同采收时间上部叶的理化指标进行了分析。结果表明:(1)烟区内部不同地区间的物理特性和化学成分具有一定的差异。WH的物理特性相对适宜。NL的化学成分稳定性较好。(2)随着采收时间的推迟,烟叶的结构疏松度增加,还原糖、总糖含量均明显下降,烟碱、总氮有所增加,化学成分的协调性变差。(3)根据天气情况和烟叶的成熟情况,适当提前1~2d采收有利于烟叶质量的提高。
Based on the physical characteristics and chemical composition of upper leaves in southern tobac-co planting area of southern Anhui Province,the physical and chemical indexes of upper leaves in differ-ent regions and different harvesting times were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)There were some differ-ences in the physical characteristics and chemical composition between different regions within the tobaccoarea.The physical properties of WH are relatively suitable.NL chemical composition stability is better.(2)With the delay of harvesting time,the structure of tobacco leaves increased,the contents of reducing sugarand total sugar decreased obviously,while the nicotine and total nitrogen increased,and the coordination ofchemical components became worse.(3)According to the weather conditions and the maturity of the tobacco,appropriate 1~2 days ahead of harvest is conducive to improving the quality of tobacco.
