摘要
底栖硅藻是大弹涂鱼的主要饵料来源,为了探讨研制的大弹涂鱼养殖专用肥对底栖硅藻生长的影响,该文在滩涂原位条件下,设置不施肥处理为对照(以CK表示)、大弹涂鱼养殖专用肥(F1,150kg/hm^2)、生物有机肥(F2,150kg/hm^2)、进口16-16-16复合肥等实物量施用(F3,150kg/hm^2)和等氮量施用(F4,112.5kg/hm^2)等5个处理,研究大弹涂鱼饵料生物底栖硅藻生长实际效应。结果表明,施肥对滩涂底泥中底栖硅藻的数量有明显的增加效应,总体表现为F1>F3>F4>F2。和CK相比,F1处理3次施肥后底栖硅藻分别增加了123.6%、157.7%和101.7%。大弹涂鱼养殖专用肥在培植大弹涂鱼饵料生物上表现出较好的效果,具有进一步开发应用前景。
In this study,a field experiment was conducted to investigate different fertilizer on the culturingbenthic diatom in pond culture of mudskipper.The experiment is receiving five different treatments:no fertil-izer(CK),special fertilizer of mudskipper(F1,150 kg/hm^2),microbial organic fertilizer(F2,150 kg/hm^2),16-16-16 compound fertilizer with the same amount as F1(F3,150 kg/hm^2) and 16-16-16 compound fertilizerwith the same nitrogen amount as F1(F4,112.5 kg/hm^2).The results showed that the number of benthic dia-toms were in a decreasing sequence in the following groups:F1>F3>F4>F2>CK.After three times of fer-tilization,the number of benthic diatoms in F1 increases 123.6%,157.7% and 101.7%,compare with CK.The results illustrated that special fertilizer of mudskipper showed excellent comprehensive effects on ben-thic diatoms,which could be applied in pond culture of mudskipper.
