塞罕坝机械林场总场北曼甸林场建场53年以来,三代务林人不断加强森林培育工作,积极进行森林抚育,发展多种经营,推进林业产业化结构调整。该文旨在森林资源调整的时期,通过对林木资源的现状分析,探讨经营对策,确保林场林木资源稳定发展。

Beimandian forest farm of Saihanba machinery forest farm since its establishment in the past 53 years,the three generations of foresters have continuously strengthened their efforts in forest cultivation,ac-tively carried out forest tending,diversified their operations and continuously promoted the structural adjust-ment of forestry industrialization.This paper aims to adjust the period of forest resources,through a reason-able analysis of forest resources,identify management strategies to ensure the stable development of forestresources.
