摘要
该研究以黄莲菊花为试验材料,以不同浓度NAA对菊花插穗进行处理,研究适合黄莲菊花扦插繁殖的最佳浓度。结果表明:最佳NAA浓度为1000mg/L。
The study chose Huanglian Chrysanthemum as experimental material,applying no concentration ofNAA to deal with cutting slips of Chrysanthemum so that to study the optimum concentration which is suit-able to the cutting propagation of Huanglian Chrysanthemum.The result showed that the optimum concentra-tion of NAA is 1000 mg/L.
