摘要
该文以室外型重竹地板为研究对象,在保持其他条件不变的情况下,通过改变试件的冻融温度范围-20~23℃,-20~52℃,20~80℃和冻融循环的次数研究冻融循环对重竹地板性能的影响。结果表明:冻融循环会使重竹地板的重量降低,并且随着循环次数的推移,重量的变化率会逐渐趋于平缓;冻融循环对重竹地板的尺寸稳定性(线性膨胀)产生一定的影响;冻融循环会使得重竹地板24h吸水尺寸膨胀率增加;冻融循环会使得重竹地板出现裂隙现象,导致其静曲强度和弹性模量降低,弯曲性能变差。冻融循环加速了重竹地板的老化速度,使得其综合性能降低。
As for outdoor reconsolidated bamboo flooring,while keeping other conditions unchanged,the ef-fects of freeze-thaw cycle on the performance of reconsolidated bamboo flooring are studied by changingthe thawing temperature ranges-20℃~23℃,-20℃~52℃,20℃~80℃ and the times of freeze-thaw cycle.The results show that the weight of reconsolidated bamboo flooring decreases by the influence of freeze-thaw cycle and the rate of change in weight gradually tends to be steay with the growth of cycle times.Freeze-thaw cycle produces certain effects on reconsolidated bamboo flooring dimensional stability(linearexpansion) and causes the increase of reconsolidated bamboo flooring 24 hours water absorption size ex-pansion rate.Freeze-thaw cycle also causes the decrease of the static bending strength and elastic modu-lus and weaker bending performance of reconsolidated bamboo flooring because of the cracks appeared phe-nomenon.In addition,freeze-thaw cycle weakens the combination properties of reconsolidated bamboo floor-ing through accelerating its aging rate.
