福建直接投资东盟国家的产业协作策略研究

Research on Industry Cooperation Strategies of Fujian Province Direct Investment to the ASEAN Countries

跨国产业协作是21世纪海丝核心区互联互通建设的重要主题,但福建省对东盟国家直接投资目前存在着不能充分发挥产业区位比较优势的问题。解决这一问题需要对福建省各类产业在东盟各国的区位比较优势进行系统分析与研究。以进出口贸易和劳动资源禀赋为基础,根据市场开发、资源利用和产能转移三种跨国产业协作模式,通过程序化选择框架和过程,阐述福建省12类产业对东盟各国直接投资产业协作模式的区位选择策略。研究结果对福建省与东盟国家的跨国产业协作网络建设具有指导作用,对福建省企业向东盟各国投资的产业协作策略选择具有应用价值。

The international industrial cooperation between Fujian province and ASEAN countries is the important theme of interoperability construction of Sea Silk Road core area in the 21 st century,but the current problem is that Fujian province direct investment to the ASEAN countries can not make full use of Fujian industries locative advantage,and solutions of the problem need to make a systematic analysis and research on the comparative advantages of various Fujian industries in the ASEAN countries.This paper elaborates location selection strategies of international industry cooperation modes such as market development,resource utilization and productivity transfer in the 12 types of industries of Fujian province direct investment to ASEAN countries through a procedural selecting framework and process,which is based on import and export trade and labor resources.The research results have a guiding role in the construction of transnational industrial collaboration network between Fujian and ASEAN countries,and have practical value for Fujian enterprises to choose industrial collaboration strategies for ASEAN countries.
