摘要
连续退火炉的温差、炉辊原始辊型、炉辊温度场、带钢温度场、张力及板形是影响带钢稳定运行的主要因素。通过建立理想辊型,探讨连续退火炉炉辊辊型对带钢运行的影响,对热凸度和不同张力状态下的带钢跑偏和自纠偏做了分析,为炉辊布置和张力设定提供依据。
The temperature difference of continuous annealing furnace,the original roll shape of the furnace roll,the temperature field of furnace roller,the temperature field of strip,the tension and the shape of strip are the main factors that affect the stable operation of strip. The influence of continuous annealing furnace roll shape on the strip running is explored through the establishment of an ideal roller type. It provides a theoretical basis for the arrangement of the furnace roll and tension setting by the analysis of the strip deviation and self correcting at different thermal crown and tension.
