干旱胁迫下不同浓度水杨酸对葡萄赤霞珠抗旱性的影响

摘要 试验以酿酒葡萄赤霞珠为试验材料,研究在干旱胁迫条件下,不同浓度水杨酸对赤霞珠抗旱性的影响。对不同浓度水杨酸处理后的赤霞珠的生长状况、活性氧和光合作用等生理生化指标进行分析。试验结果表明:浓度为2 mmol/L的水杨酸能够有效提高赤霞珠的抗旱性。 In this study, the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on the drought resistance of grape Cabernet Sauvignon under drought stress were studied. The physiological and biochemical indexes of Cabernet Sauvignon were studied by different concentrations of salicylic acid,and the physiological and biochemical indexes such as reactive oxygen species and photosynthesis were analyzed. The results showed that salicylic acid with concentration of 2 mmol/L could effectively improve the drought resistance of Cabernet Sauvignon.
