摘要 利用光学显微镜对15个月季品种的叶表皮微形态结构进行观察和分析.研究表明,月季品种间叶表皮细胞的形态差异较大,从四边形到多边形和无规则形均有发现,垂周壁式样为上表皮平直至深波纹形,下表皮为浅波纹或深波纹;气孔器多分布于月季叶片的下表皮,气孔器的排列形式多为无规则形,少数为辐射形,气孔器形状多为长椭圆形,少数为宽椭圆形,气孔器外围角质层纹饰多呈明显环状外缘,保卫细胞两极呈现角质区不同程度加厚.比较不同类型月季品种的叶表皮形态发现,叶表皮细胞垂周壁式样、气孔器类型和形状、保卫细胞两极特征在不同类型月季园艺组中存在较为明显的差异,可作为不同园艺组月季品种区分和鉴定的依据. The leaf epidermis morphological structure of fifteen varieties of Chinese roses were observed and analyzed using light microscope. The study results showed that the shape of leaf epidermis cells of Chinese rose varieties were greatly different,from quadrangle,polygon,to irregular. And the pattern of anticlinal walls are flat and deep corrugated in upper epidermis and are sinuolate or sinuate in hypodermis. Besides stomatal apparatus distributed in lower epidermis of rose leaf mostly and the spread pattern of them are mostly irregular type,and a few are radial pattern. In addition,the stomatal shape are mostly long elliptical,and a few are wide elliptic. The stomatal periphery cuticle ornamentation are more obvious annular margin. The further comparing of the leaf epidermis morphology of different gardening group roses found that the anticlinal wall pattern,the types and shape of stomatal apparatuses,and guard cell polarity existed varies markedly in different types of rose garden.This results can be used as a differentiation and identification basis of different horticultural groups of roses.
