基于使用后评价的南阳解放路公共空间更新研究

The renewal research of public space in Jiefang road of Nanyang based on post occupancy evaluation

南阳市解放路曾是南阳最繁盛的商业街道,却随着城市建设逐渐没落.为了增强解放路活力,提升周边居民户外生活品质,对解放路进行使用状况评价,然后基于使用现状,从活化业态、视觉引导、空间整体性、环境要素及设施、体验式活动及项目、街道管理及居民自治六方面,提出解放路户外空间的更新保护策略.

Jiefang Road was the most famous commercial street in Nanyang,but it declined gradually with the development of the city. In order to enhance the vitality of Jiefang road and to improve the outdoors life quality in the historic urban area,POE is adopted to evaluate the Jiefang road's applied situation from the user's point of view. Finally,the renewal strategies of Jiefang road on the case of updating historical streets at home and abroad are put forward from the following six aspects,activation,visual guidance,spatial integrity,environmental elements and facilities,experiential activities and projects,street management and resident autonomy.
