摘要
结合城市内涝典型案例、现场调查及内涝成因分析,以城市排水系统作为承灾体,基于AHP建立风险评估模型,科学量化内涝风险等级。
In view of typical cases of urban waterlogging, field investigation and analysis of the causes of waterlogging, this paper takes urban drainage system as disaster bearing body, and based on the establishment of risk assessment model, scientific quantifica-tion of internal waterlogging risk grade is conducted.
