珍珠加工工艺探析

珍珠的加工是指将珍珠原料按照一定的工艺技术制作成成品首饰的过程。一般分两个阶段:初加工和精加工。其中初加工又分为:分选、前处理、钻孔、漂白、增白、调色、抛光等工序;精加工又分为:成品加工、款式设计、金属镶嵌、成型等工序。文章主要论述初加工部分的有关内容。

The processing of pearls refers to the process of making pearl raw materials into finished jewelry using a certain tech-nology. It is generally divided into two stages： initial processing and finishing. Among them, the primary processing is divided into： sorting, pretreatment, drilling, bleaching, whitening, toning, polishing and other processes; finishing is divided into： finished product processing, style design, metal mosaic, molding and other processes. This paper mainly discusses the content of the initial processing part.
