摘要
部分单位存在单件交付数据填写不规范不完整、未通过代码登记平台传递、物品码数据未与总承单位构型数据在数据交付系统同步更新等数据问题,以及条码标签样式不规范、制作流程繁琐、弧面条码无法识读等标印问题,造成了单件交付数据与实物状态不一致、不同步,导致主机厂所退货。针对上述基于数据交付系统的二维码标印工艺问题,文章旨在完善二维码的标印工艺,在打标印时增加设备、标印方式、标印基材、标印范围等要求,为指导相关标印工艺提供了理论依据。
In some units, there are some data problems, such as incomplete completion of single piece delivery data, non-trans-mission through the code registration platform, and synchronous updating of item code data and total unit configuration data in the data delivery system. And the bar code label style is not standard, the production process is cumbersome, the arc bar code can not read and other marking problems, resulting in the single piece delivery data and physical status is inconsistent, not synchronized, leading to the return of the main machine factory. In order to solve the problem of QR code printing based on data delivery system, this paper aims to improve the process of QR code printing, and to increase the requirements of equipment, printing mode, printing base material and printing range. It provides a theoretical basis for guiding the related printing process.
