摘要
港珠澳大桥主桥海底隧道的最后连接采用止水带为海底隧道临时止水,永久止水则需靠连接最终接头与相邻沉管的钢接头。钢接头现场焊接难度大,时间紧,质量要求高,为确保隧道的最终顺利贯通,我们对钢接头结构采取了优化,调整等措施以保证钢接头高效高质量地实现最终对接。
The final connection of the main bridge subsea tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is to use the stop belt as the temporary water stop for the cross-harbour tunnel, and the permanent water stop depends on the steel joint connecting the final joint with the adjacent sinking pipe. The spot welding of steel joint is difficult, time used to build it is short, and quality require - ment should be high. In order to ensure the tunnel finally through smoothly, we have adopted the optimization of steel joint structure, with, adjustment and other measures to ensure high efficiency and high quality of steel jointsto achieve the final docking.
