摘要 以后盖组件为研究对象,针对目前后盖组件车铣切削效率和加工质量较低的问题,提出基于正交试验的车铣切削参数优化研究。根据车铣加工工艺的特点,文章选取进给量、切削深度、切削速度三个影响因素,考察其对后盖组件基准A表面平面度的影响。通过进行试验并收集记录试验结果,对试验结果进行极差分析确定最优组合的切削参数,最后通过验证试验证明了结果的有效性,确定了切削参数对后盖组件基准A表面平面度的影响规律,为以后切削加工提供了参考依据。 The rear cover assembly is the object of study. Aiming at the low cutting efficiency and machining quality of the rear cover assembly at present, the optimization research of turn-milling cutting parameters based on orthogonal test is proposed. According to the characteristics of turn-milling process, this paper selects feed rate, cutting depth and cutting speed to investigate the influence of feed rate, cutting depth and cutting speed on the surface planeness of reference A of the rear cover assembly. The cutting param-eters of the optimal combination are determined by the range analysis of the test results, and the validity of the results is proved by the verification test. The influence of cutting parameters on the surface planeness of reference A of the rear cover assembly is deter-mined, which provides a reference for later machining.
