摘要
本文以显利(珠海)造船有限公司建造的32 m星级拖轮为例,介绍船舶变坡度横移区纵向滑道下水的工艺。这种下水方式,由于采取机械牵引、匀速运动,故过程平稳可靠;还具有码头占位极少、设备投入小、横移车可为多个船台服务的特点。这种下水方式多用于国内码头岸线紧张而腹地广大的中小型船厂。
This paper introduces the slope change transverse area mechanized vertical chute launching method for 32 m star tug built by Hin Lee Shipyard Co., Ltd. In this way, the launch process is stable and reliable due to mechanical traction and uniform motion, and a cross-moving car can support multiple ship berths in turn with less facility and save space for dock. This launching method is mainly used for the small and medium-sized shipyards with limited shoreline and large area.
