摘要
工匠精神是从业人员在长期职业生涯中所形成的一种爱岗敬业、对产品与服务质量精益求精、甘于奉献的职业风范与职业态度。工匠精神的内涵在不同行业职业有不同体现。现代学徒制是传承工匠精神的有效形式,与工匠精神高度契合。在现代学徒制下,高职公共管理类专业人才工匠精神的培养,应在明晰该专业类工匠精神具体内涵的基础上,通过校企共建高职公共管理类学生职业素养标准体系、严格筛选企业导师、校企文化共建共融和推行产教融合的专业实践教学模式等途径来合力打造。
Craftsman Spirit is a kind of professional demeanor and professional attitude formed by the practitioners who love their jobs,are in awe of their career,constantly pursue product and service quality improvement,and devote their lifetime to their jobs in the long-term career.Craftsman Spirit have different embodiment in different industries and professions.Modern apprenticeship system is an effective form to develop and inherit Craftsman Spirit,and highly fit with Craftsman Spirit.The cultivation route of Craftsman Spirit of higher vocational education public management professionals under modern apprenticeship system should base on the specific connotation of Craftsman Spirit,and include the following measures:to build higher vocational education public management students professional quality standard system,strictly screen enterprise mentors,joint construction of campus culture and enterprise culture,and implement the integration of production and education professional practice teaching mode,etc.
