摘要
针对DENFORD柔性制造系统(FMS)实验平台建设,提出了对DENFORD FMS改造方案,并通过对该系统的软硬件开发,达到充分挖掘和利用现有实验教学设备资源,跟踪国际上柔性制造系统技术的发展趋势,促进教学改革成果应用,满足机电工程类人才培养要求的目的。进一步实践表明:改造后的DENFORD FMS实验平台满足了大一到大四本科生的课程实验、开放性实验、创新性实验和自主实验,以及自动化控制和制造加工工艺等方面的教学要求,教学效果良好。
Aiming at construction of experimental teaching platform of DENFORD fexible manufacturing system(FMS), this paper presents a reforming scheme of DENFORD FMS. The personnel training's goals have achieved for contenting mechatronics engineering by developing software and hardware of its system, fully discovering and using experimental teaching resources being now available, following international development trend of FMS, and promoting application of teaching reform results. Teaching practices further indicate that new experimental teaching platform of DENFORD FMS contents requirements of course experiments, opening experiments, creativity experiment projects, independent experiments, and automatic control and manufacturing process teaching for college students at different levels, and obtains good teaching effects
