摘要
针对组织培养学实验课程的特点以及在实际教学中出现的问题。从组织培养学实验的教学内容、教学方式以及考核方式进行探索性的改革,以期调动学生的实验积极性和主动性,增强学生的实验技能,提高组织培养学实验课的教学效果。
In view of the characteristics of the experimental course of tissue culture and the problems in practical teaching. Exploratory reform is carried out from the teaching contents, teaching methods and the examination methods to arouse the students＇ experimental enthusiasm and initiative, enhance the students＇ experimental skills, and improve the teaching effect of the experimental course of tissue culture.
