当今世界的发展,客观上要求培养国际化人才。单纯采用传统的教学方式培养国际化人才已难以适应时代的需求,引入MOOC等先进的信息化教学手段,国际化人才的培养将具有更强的可行性和推介性。在此思路的引导下,剖析了目前国际化人才的内涵和培养需求,解读了MOOC这一教学手段,并为利用MOOC实现国际化人才培养的提供了建议。

The development of today＇s society requires the cultivation of international talents objectively. It is diffcult to adapt to the needs of the times by using the traditional teaching methods to cultivate international talents simply, and the cultivation of international talents will be more feasible and promotable by advanced information teaching methods such as MOOC. Under the guidance of the idea, the author analyses the connotation and cultivation demand of international talents, interprets MOOC, and provides the suggestions for the cultivation of international talents by MOOC.
