乳杆菌活菌制剂治疗感染性阴道病的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Live Lactobacillus Preparation in the Treatment of Infectious Vaginosis

目的:介绍乳杆菌活菌胶囊的作用机制、特点并评价其临床疗效,为临床合理使用提供理论和循证支持。方法:搜集、整理、分析国内外期刊文献,综述相关的药理学、药动学研究结果,介绍该药国内外上市情况。结果:乳杆菌活菌制剂用于感染性阴道炎效果优于抗生素单药治疗,可显著提高治愈率并降低复发率。在妊娠期女性中还可降低先兆早产及早产的发生率。结论:乳杆菌活菌制剂可及时调整、恢复阴道微生态平衡,联合抗感染治疗可增加疗效,不良反应发生少,安全性高。

Objective To introduce the mechanism and characteristics of Lactobacillus living bacteria capsule and evaluate its clinical efficacy inorder to provide theoretical and evidence-based support for rational clinical use. Methods： to collect, collate and analyze the domestic and foreignperiodicals and literature, to summarize the related pharmacological and pharmacokinetic research results, and to introduce the situation of the druglisting at home and abroad. Results： the effect of Lactobacillus living bacteria on infectious vaginitis is better than that of antibiotic single drugtreatment, which can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate. The incidence of preterm birth and preterm birth can alsobe reduced among women in pregnancy. Conclusion： Lactobacillus live preparations can timely adjust and restore vaginal microecological balance,combined with anti infection treatment can increase the curative effect, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
