摘要
研究者或以西晋所撰新礼为据,或以郑王之学在两晋官学中的处境为据,去评估郑王之学对于两晋礼制礼学的影响。然而检视相关史料,西晋新礼并未有效实施,两晋官学也难有作为。两晋礼无定制的现实特点决定,郑王之学在两晋实际影响当从礼家学术观点博弈中及朝廷礼制的实践中去考察。就丧服学而言,西晋兼取郑王为用,东晋虽出现了朝廷与缙绅阶层在礼制上的若干分歧,但总体上也是参用郑王而酌其中。晋代礼学兼用郑王的事实为南北朝两种礼学体系皆渊源于西晋的学术观点提供了礼学史的支持。
Some scholars evaluate the influence of Zheng Xuan(郑玄) and Wang Su(王肃) in the Western and Eastern Jin official scholarship based upon Xin Li(《新礼》, The New Rites) edited during the Western Jin period. However, the doctrine of Xin Li was not put into practice. The influence of Zheng Xuan and Wang Su's doctrines about rites should be estimated from practice point of view. As a matter of fact,the Western Jin Dynasty adopted both Zheng Xuan and Wang Su's doctrines. The Eastern Jin, continued the same practice in spite of some contradictions occurred between the court and some officials. This conclusion supports the recognition of the influence of the Western and Eastern Jin ritual doctrines to the period of the Southern and Northern Dynasties.
