摘要
依据溶液空调机组性能测试要求和福州地区气候特点,该文设计并搭建了室内外双工况模拟测试平台。该测试平台在全年气候下,室外模拟室可实现干湿球温度在(35℃,28℃)^(-7℃,-8℃)变化;室内模拟室干湿球温度可在(27℃,19℃)^(20℃,13.5℃)变化。为了降低测试平台能耗,通过对福州地区不同气候情形下的各种测试工况进行分析,得到测试平台冬季排热回收和夏季冷量回收方案,采用溶液空调作为冷热源并对空气参数进行处理。实践表明,该设计充分考虑了冷热回收,降低设备容量从而降低初投资,降低冷热负荷从而降低了运行费用,以较小的代价实现了室内外气候的模拟测试。
According to the perfor^nance test requirements of the solution air conditioning unit and the climate characteristics of Fuzhou, the indoor and outdoor simulation test platform is designed and built. The test platform in the annual climate, the outdoor sim-ulation room can be achieved wet and dr^^ bulb temperature from 35 28 ^ to-7 ^、 - 8 丈 changes. The temperature of the wet anddry bulb in the indoor simulation room can be changed between 27丈、1 9丈 to 2 0丈、13. 5Un order to reduce the energy consump-tion of the test platform, various test conditions for different climate situation in Fuzhou area were analyzed. Get the test platform for winter heat recovery and summer cooling recovery program, the use of solution air conditioning as a cold and hear source and the air parameters for processing. The results show that the design takes full account of the cold and heat recovery, reduce the equipment ca-pacity so as to reduce the initial investment, reduce the hot and cold load and thus reduce the operating costs, achieve a lower cost on the indoor and outdoor climate simulation test.
