地方综合型高校专业实践创新能力培养体系定位与实施

Professional Practical Innovative Ability Nurturing System Orientation and Implementation of the Local Comprehensive Universities

我国高校的工程实践教育普遍缺少特色和针对性,尤其是地方综合型高校,存在与产业需求相脱节,人才培养结构不合理,学生自学能力薄弱等问题。通过以三峡大学机械电子工程专业为对象,从国家及行业产业发展战略,本专业概况及人才培养目标,实践创新能力培养体系构建及其实施效果等几个方面,对综合性大学工程实践教育模式与定位进行了分析和探讨,以期对相关专业或院校的工程实践教育提供参考和借鉴。

The engineering practice education in colleges and universities generally lacks the characteristics and pertinence’ es-pecially in the local comprehensive colleges and universities. There are many questions’ such as seriously out of step with industrial needs’ unreasonable talent cultivation structure’ the students weak self-learning ability. In this paper’ the mechatronical engineering major of the Three Gorges University is taken as an example’ it analyzed the engineering practice education mode and orientation of lo-cal comprehensive university from the national and industry development strategy’ the professional profiles and talents training’ the practical innovation ability training system construction and its implementation effect and so on. It analyzed and discussed the mode and orientation of engineering practice education in the comprehensive university’ so as to provide reference and experience for the engi-neering practice education of the relevant specialty or institution.
