对工科学生生产实习中一些问题的探讨

The Discussion about Some Problem in the Production Internships of the Engineering Students

结合具体的生产实习活动,探讨了工科大学生生产实习中一些问题,主要包括引导学生清楚认识生产实习的意义;引导学生明确实习的目标和方法;引导学生在实习过程中着重关注在学校难以接触到的知识;由专业老师指导学生将专业知识与实习过程有机结合;在实习过程中进行通识教育的实践等。该文以电磁场专业学生在生产企业的实习为例,分析了问题解决的措施,总结了生产实习对工科学生的重要性及其主要意义,强调生产实习更是一次进行通识教育实践的机会。

In this paper, we discuss some problems in the production internships of engineering students in their practice. The problems include guide the students to clearly understand the significance of the production internships ; guide the students to clearly understand the objectives and ways of the production internships; guide the students to focus on the know-ledge that is rarely learned at school classes; it require a professional teacher to guide students in the professional knowledge and practice process of organic integra-tion; and finally we can practice the general education during the production internships. Taking the practice of the electromagnetic- field major for example, the solution of these problems is studied. For engineering students, through the production internships, they can enhance their professional knowledge, expand their knowledge field, and more importantly, the production internship is also a practice opportunity for the general education.
