Construction and Development of Micro-lectures Teaching Resources of Food Chemistry Experiment Based on Cultivating Applied Talents

摘要 该文基于传统食品化学实验教学模式存在的问题,结合微课教学的特点,构建和开发了食品化学实验微课教学资源,并应用到实验教学中实施教学改革,研究结果表明,结合微课的教学模式提高了课程资源的可用性、适应性和再生性,满足了信息碎片化时代的学习需求,弥补了传统教学不足的同时促进了学生学习的主动性,进而提高了教学效果,满足了应用型人才培养的要求。 Based on the existing problems in teaching model of traditional food chemistry experiments, and combined with the characteristics of micro-lectures teaching, the micro-lectures teaching resources of food chemistry experiment was constructed and developed in the teaching reforn. The research showed that the new - teaching model of micro-course improves the curriculum resources availability,adaptability and reproducibility of curriculum resources, meet the learning needs of the fragmentation information age, make up for the lack of traditional teaching, promote the students’ learning initiative, thus improve the teaching effect and efficiency, and highlighting meet the requirements of cultivating applied talents.
