摘要
通过对浸泡温度、浸泡时间、玻璃化转变温度、物质溶出的试验分析,对单面涂层钢板法测定FBE涂层吸水率进行了研究。结果表明:优选测定条件为浸泡温度60℃、浸泡时间7d;当浸泡温度低于80℃时,可不考虑物质溶出带来的影响;精密度实验相对标准偏差为2.5%,优于自由膜法。
Based on the experimental analysis of immersion temperature, immersion time, glass transition temperature and dissolution of material, the water absorption of FBE coating was studied by single coated steel plate method. The experimental conditions were as follows: Immersion temperature is 60℃, immersion time is 7 days; When the immersion temperature is lower than 80 degrees, the in?uence of the dissolution of the material can not be considered; The RSD of precision tests was 2.5%, better than the free ?lm method.
