摘要
石油化工碱渣废水属于高浓、高盐、难降解废水,含有大量的COD、硫化物和挥发酚等有毒有害物质,是炼油厂的主要污染源之一,不达标排放会给环境造成严重污染,也是国内外废水处理中的一大难题。本文对石化碱渣废水的来源、危害及特点进行了简述,针对目前碱渣废水处理技术进行分析论述。目前碱渣废水主要采用氧化处理技术和生物方法,其中催化湿式氧化处理较为常用,生物强化技术在实际中的应用日趋广泛。目前碱渣废水处理研究的趋势是开发高效、经济、环境友好,简单安全的新工艺,并要针对废水中污染物的特点结合多种方法进行治理。
Petrochemical alkali residue wastewater is high concentration, high salt, refractory wastewater, containing a lot of COD, sulfide and volatile phenol and other toxic and hazardous substances, re?nery is one of the main sources of pollution, non-compliance emissions will cause serious environmental pollution, But also domestic and foreign wastewater treatment in a major problem. In this paper, the origin, harm and characteristics of petrochemical alkali residue wastewater are briefly introduced, and the treatment technology of alkali residue wastewater is discussed and discussed. At present, the alkali residue wastewater is mainly used in oxidation treatment technology and biological methods, in which the catalytic wet oxidation treatment is more commonly used, the application of biological strengthening technology in the increasingly widespread. At present, the trend of research on alkali residue wastewater treatment is to develop a new technology with high efficiency, economy, environment and simplicity, and to control the characteristics of pollutants in wastewater with a variety of methods.
