摘要
通过采用电化学开路电位测试和动电位扫描的方法,测试了四种钢试样在不同pH值的模拟混凝土孔隙夜中的电位时间曲线和动电位扫描曲线,根据电位时间曲线的形态、自腐蚀电位和点蚀电位的变化得到HRB400钢、1~#钢、2~#钢、3~#钢的抗碳化临界pH值分别为10.5~11.0、10.5~11.0、11.0~11.5、8.5~9.0,结合钢的化学成分推出添加5%Cr元素可提高钢的抗碳化能力。
The potential time curves and the anodic polarization curves of four kinds of steel samples were obtained by the electrochemical open circuit potential test and the dynamic potential scanning method at different pH values of simulated concrete solution. According to the change of the shape of potential time curves, corrosion potential and pitting potential, it is concluded that the Anti-carbonation critical pH values of HRB400 steel, 1# steel, 2# steel and 3# steel are 10.5~11.0, 10.5~11.0,11.0~11.5,8.5~9.0. In addition, the steel contained 5% Cr has better carbonation resistance than HRB400.
